The Foggy Lifesaver

One late, misty night a tired, sleepy woman is listening to her favourite music. Her child is sound asleep in the back swaying side to side as his sleepy mum drives her lingering car on the steep, windy hill.
The mist gets much worse and the woman has to stop her car too frantically to work out the safest and quickest way home.
Finally she gets onto the motorway. She is desperate to be in bed safe and sound. Although she can hardly see in the fog, she remembers a graceful hill before her short, smart driveway.
The black slippery roads are just about deserted. She is driving in the speedy right hand lane. As she approaches the bottom of the hill, she makes her mind up to move into the slower left hand lane.
As she is crossing into the slower left hand lane, she hears a muffled voice. “GET BACK IN TO THE SPEEDY LANE!”
She ignores the voice but she is very puzzled. A minute later she hears the peculiar voice again like thunder... She does what she is told immediately. As she had just got into the fast lane she notices a broken down car with men trying to push it with all their might, trying to get the car off the road. SHE HAD JUST MISSED THE CAR!!!
As she starts to go down the hill safely, she realizes the radio is humming loudly. “Hmm I wonder if I did hear a voice...” mumbled the woman.

I like the book because it is very funny adventures

The book would be great for boys 8-12. I think it would be awesome for boys because it is funny.

Congration you have won something.Travel to brizben Zoo to collect it.How am I to get there said Fred the puny elephant. You see he lived on the mountain and down the left side you would find the sea and down the other side you find the a hot lazy desrt.But the promblem was which way do you go.Fred ponderd this for a while then he made up his mind to go ask wise owl. So Fred wandid to the edge of the forest and there stood a masive oak tree and at the the top was owl.Good morning owl where do you go to get to brizben zoo.'Just across the hot des''Hot desert my favourite' said Fred.'NO silly desrt not desert'but fred could'nt hear,he was to busy scoffing sand not noticing the diffentes between minerals and pavlover.Suddenly Fred saw his old enemy Bugs Bunny.He forgot all about his pavlover and charged towords him but Bugs bunny simply steped out of the way and as for fred, he fell off a cliff and splat on owls science book

My target for reading is to explore styles of texts and the different effects this has on the reader.I am going to learn this target by focas on it as I read, but most of all I'll try hard.

Today we went to the science road show it was at Kaitao middle school.It awesome we went around all the activitys my favourite one was the one when you could burn off food.I could throw a ball at 70 kilometers an hour to.

The ski season has just started up again,skiing is an awesome sport. Weaving side to side hanging it out on Mt ruapehu. I have lately been involved in a ski race called the Junior north island champs.The course looked like it was hard at the top and easier at the bottom.On my turn I grinned at Roger[my coach] carved around the first three gates and got myselve a SICK LINE for the next gates few gates ahead of me. I Flew around the hairpin through the open gate,zipped around the flush and tucked for the finish line.For an awesome time that made me WIN THE NORTH ISLAND CHAMPS!!!

This year has been great. I have an cool teacher. I have been involed in electives for rugby, but I missed Field Days. I have learned lots of skills this year in maths and lots of other topics. I hope the rest of the year will be just as cool.
