Dear diary

August 1848

It was funny when Zach got a scorpion in his shoes! We choose the Cheyenne River, because we would get water but it is dirty. We like the trail that we took. I got bit by a snake. We sent scouts ahead. I had my boy, but I do not have a name for it yet

Dogs
Shed in spring, like being brushed,
Feed it and water it and bring it to the vet,
love to run.

In the Tundra it stays frozen all year. Winter days are very short. The snow melts in summer. Parts of Alaska are tundra. The tundra is cold and dry.

Polar Bears have strong smells they have teeth and they have fur. They eat meat. They live in the Arctic. They get up to 10 FEET.

The Arctic hare eat plants and leaves and they have fur. Rabbits live in the north Arctic they are powerful.

I hope we make stuff out of clay and have a party. I want to go on field trips and do art and go to the pumpkin patch and do science.
