Wow! I can't believe how fast the time is going. My 6K's are working hard at a number of different things right now. In Language Arts we are improving our reading comprehension and writing through Daily 5. Daily 5 consists of reading to self, reading to someone, writing, word work, and listening to reading. In social studies we are finishing mapping and in health we just finished immunization.
My question to the grade 6k class is, how do you think your year is going and what has been your favorite part of grade 6 so far? Why?

Welcome back!
I hope everyone enjoyed their summer and are ready to get back into the school groove! I am excited to be teaching grade six at Battleford Central School this year.
