My Personal Eating Practice Action Plan
In Health class we made Personal Eating Practice Action Plans. We each made a goal and we are trying to have success of our goal.
My goal is to try to eat at least 3 healthy snacks a day. (at school, after school, and before bed). This is how I am going to acheive my goal:
1. Have a healthy food snack during school
2. Have unhealthy food after school
3. Have a healthy food before bed
There are also some benefits of acheiving my goal and some obstacles.
Some Benefits are: I will get more nutrients. The obstacles of my goal is the temptation!
So far I am doing well at acheiving my goal I hope I have success all week.
