We are finally done with the testing.The advice I have with next years class is that don't worry about
it, just think of it as a worksheet(Mr.D's tests are a lot harder than the NYS test).Our class was ready as can be.We took practice test, we wrote essays, we did so many things to prepare.I do not think this is important because they just do it so NYS knows how we are doing in school but I think only our teachers and parents should know how we are doing because why do they need to know.I am just happy it is over. You can make a lot out of old things like a belt, a bracelet and even a hat.If I had to choose to make something out of recyclable things than I would choose to make shoes out of water bottles or a glove out of a plastic bag there are so many things to make. What would you make?

Friends are something we should have. They make us laugh. They have play dates with us. My best friend is in my class. She cares about me (most of the time). She's smart, pretty, and I call her up when I'm sad. Even though she drives me crazy, she always is there for me. I teach her how to do gymnastics and she tries to teach me how to hold a tennis racket. Do you have a best friend?

I think kids should be able to bring in devices but I would make a rule that you are only aloud to bring in ipods ,and you are only aloud to use it if the teacher says you can.Like if he/she told you to find something online and quickly.On the other hand if the kids are not following your directions and instead playing a game or watching a video then I then I would not let any kid bring in devices.So I am in the middle of BYOD.

If I were a super hero I would name my self TripleSgirl.If I had to choose a power It would be the power of weather so I can control heat,cold,warm rain etc.My cape would be hot pink with the letter "S" on it.I would never ever be evil and destroy the earth.If you were a super hero what would you be?

My favorite planet is Saturn because it looks the coolest,it is my second favorite color,and the rings around it look like a huge slide.If I were to name a planet I would name it Lucky.

My favorite symbol in NY is the the state shell called the Bay Scallop.This intesting to me because.when I go to the beach I collect shells.I don't know the names of them but there are many different kinds.What's your favorite symbol?

One thing I would like to improve on is make new friends,keep my desk neat,and do better on test.Something I would like to improve at home is to do my homework "right" when I get home.Happy new year!!

I think grades are important because they lead you to new things like what college you go to.If I were to grade someone I would grade them on how they act,how they are doing and how they act with other kids.So grades are important.

This week my class went on a field trip to Garveis Point. We got to touch old artifacts from the Native Americans like tools and cloths and we also got to use some of the tools. My favorite part was when we got to make pottery out of clay.And next years class will really enjoy.You should visit Garvies Point someday.
