At least 10-11 hours Daily.

Create a routine. Its the best way to train your mind to remember what time to go to sleep. And it will be easier and faster.

Remind yourself what your bed is for. Not for Doing Homework, Talking on the phone or Doing nothing. Its for sleeping, its also a good way for you to get to sleep earier so that your day goes well.
