Why is sleep important?

1) Why is sleep inportant?
Sleep is inportant because, Thats where you get most of your engrgy for the day. Its inportant that you get engrgy for the day to work and keep on task.
2) What can happen if you dont get enough sleep?
You will not be able to concetrate and pay attenotion during class lessons, while doing practices in sports and other activities..
3) How much sleep does a grade 6 student need?
At least 10-11 hours Daily.
4) What do you do to help yourself get a good night sleep?
Create a routine. Its the best way to train your mind to remember what time to go to sleep. And it will be easier and faster.
5) What step can you take to make sure you are getting the sleep you need?
Remind yourself what your bed is for. Not for Doing Homework, Talking on the phone or Doing nothing. Its for sleeping, its also a good way for you to get to sleep earier so that your day goes well.

Fur of Spirit Bear

I don't think Cole needs the Fur of the Spirt Bear, because, he do not need to prove or show to any that the thing that nearly killed him is still alive or still there. Yes it would be a great centamental toecan but do you really want to remember the day you nearly died? For me, thats just a memory that I would want out of my mind.
But if you say keeping it would be a good think I would consider that option too. After the attack Cole had a new prospection on life and that might be why people would argue with my option or decision. Why wouldn't you want to keep a small item of when you became someone you wanted to be.
But judging the way I am I would still choose to tose or not keep the Fur of the Spirt Bear.

For Language Arts we are reading the book, Touching Spirit Bear. Its about a young 15 year old Juvenal delinquent that doesnt listen to anyone not even his self sometimes. But one day his anger goes way out of hand and he realy kills someone because of a recent problem. At this point everyone is fed up with cole. Cole fills up his bucket with negitive and cheap ways. Doing it this way, Cole's bucket will never be full and stay that way.. And everything going on at school, home, and just everywhere that empty's Cole's bucket dosen't help with anything. Everything is going, drip.. Drip.. And drip.. until its completly empty.. Cole need to change his ways before he EVERYTHING goes wrong..

Vow of Silence

On November 30 our school took the Vow of Silence, intuduced to us by the Me To We Commity. The Vow of Silence shows, children in undeveloped countries and some developed countries that if they dont have the rights to speak up and show their voice then we dont etheir. We're all the same, we're all just children but why in places like The Middle East ,or Africa, and South America? If they can't speak WHY SHOULD I? Do I have special rights? Not at all. These rights should be given to each and everyone of the children of the world. I myself did not take on the whole part of the Vow of Silence, But I did relalize that millions of children have to go through that EVERYDAY! Could you?....

My Road To Success

My road to success starts here, at school like Terry Fox, Terry Fox was a good student. He was determined to make the basketball team, just like I am to get into extra curriculum's. Now, I never really thought of my future.. But once I watched to movie Called "Terry" It had me thinking can I really do stuff like that? If I really put my mind to thinks will they really happen? And if I wanted to do something like what Terry Fox did would I really have the courage and drive to do it? It all starts now.. But Terry Fox thought me something.. If I put my mind to things it could really happen, like it did for him.. He didn't get to run all around Canada but at least he tried to actually started. Never stop dreaming.. Your road to success is just a mile away

Cole is.. Okay and at the same time not okay. Physically, Cole is no where from ok. But emotional he is in a better place, I can even say his heart is at peace. But ways that Cole is not okay are greater.. Hes literary living in a dead body. I mean I have to say now.. Cole is not okay. Being attacked by a giant bear, being eaten alive by pesky insects, and birds. How is that okay?.. This will always be a disturbing and mindful memory..
