Theodore Roosevelt

My class recently read a biography  book and I read a book about Theodore Roosevelt.

Theodore Roosevelt the Adventurous President is a biography book about Theodore Roosevelt. After reading this book I learned many new and interesting things. Theodore Roosevelt was born October 27, in New York. The most important thing to know about Theodore Roosevelt is he led the U.S. for the battle against the Spanish. This is important because Roosevelt is the first president that ever led a war before and the Americans also won that battle. I also learned that he set aside 230 million acres of land for national parks, wildlife lands, and forests. Further or more I learned that he was elected as president and sent canal workers to start building the Panama Canal he also won the noble peace prize. The most amazing thing I learned was that he named the assistant secretary of war. Finally, Theodore Roosevelt died on January 6, in Oyster Bay New York. I recommend this book because it is an interesting book about Theodore Roosevelt’s childhood and how he was a good guy. If you want to learn more about Theodore and all his adventures, then you should read the book.
