Memorial Day
Do you know what Memorial Day is about? I will tell you. Memorial Day is about soldiers who have lost thier lives in the War. The war that they have fought so that our country could be free. Memorial Day is also about giving back to the ones that gave to us. My Grandpa was a Marine. He talks about being in there and how he was treated. I love hearing storys about him and his golden years. It would be a serious thing to go into the Military or the Air Force or the Marines. I would be scared to go in myself.
I wish I could go into the Marines though and follow in my Grandfather's footsteps. The when I beome a grandpa I would be able to tell my grandchildren all the stories that I have to tell just like my grandpa did. My grandpa is an amazing Man he cares for our family and his friends too. He loves his family and my grandma. My grandma takes good care of him. He never once got injured in the Marine core. Every time we say somthing to him about the Marine core now he gets tears in his eyes. He gets emotional with that topic. The war is tough. I want to go in when I'm older.

Dear Freshy,
You will have so much fun in 9th grade this year! There are so many things to do especially in English. You will read about Romeo and Juliet, you get to go to the Library every Wednesday, and when you're reading Romeo and Juliet you get to go to the Auditorium and act every Friday…..It’s so much fun!
Miss Transue is like the best teacher. Just don’t make her angry. You will have so much fun this year in 9th grade.

Who here is Irish? People from Ireland are! Do you know if you are Irish or not? St. Patrick's Day is all about people who are Irish. I'm not Irish too much but I am. I'm about twelve percent Irish. It's fun waking up in the morning.
My mom usually buys a little gift for me my little brother and my two older sisters. One year we got a cup that when you put it in the freezer the outside liquid freezes up. When you put a drink in it, it will keep your drink cold. People who aren't Irish don't care for St. Patrick's Day. Irish people have parades and they celebrate.
St. Patrick's Day is on the seventeeth of March. Some years I forget when it is because I'm not too much of Irish so I don't pay attention. People celebrate St. Patricks Day is because he drove all the snakes out of Ireland.
People from Ireland have a special dance that they do. I would like to learn that someday. St. Patrick's Day is all about people who are Irish. I'm not Irish too much but I am.

February Freewrite
How does your Valentine's Day start off? Mine starts off great. How Does your start. I like Valentine's Day it is fun. Mine starts like this. I wake up in the morning and my mom usually makes us a big breakfast. Then if there is school that day we get ready and then we go to school. I get to see my friends. We talk at our lockers and then go to class.Classes are fun because sometimes you get candy.I like Valentine's Day because maybe you will find the love of your life and life would be great.
When you find the love of your life you won't know it's them. It's not the person you would mostly expect it would be. It is the person you would least expect it to be. If that's not the person at least you still have your family. Also on Valentine's Day my mom makes us dinner. She would cook us heart shaped meat loaf, and pink mash potatoes, and a heart shaped cake for dessert.
My mom usually tells us when we are done with our meal that we are all her valentine's. She also gives us candy and some small presents to open. My mom tries to make everyone feel special. I hope one day I can do this with my family. I like Valentine's Day it is fun. How does your Valentine's Day start off? Mine starts off great. ow does yours start off?

Anthony Pasquali's Binder: A Visual Representation of Me
Hello my name is Anthony and I'm going to tell you about my binder. My first picture is a picture of what I like to do its a drumset. I like to play the drums. My second picture is a picture of a heart because I am social I like to hang out with my friends and family. My third picture is of my favorite band poison they were from the 80's and they a awsome and still playing music today. My last picture is my favorite book the Diary of a Whimpy Kid and that book kind of represents me from the way that he acts I have read the whole series and they were good. That is my binder.
