"Hi P4." Welcome back to Term 4. It is really hard to believe we only have 8 weeks left of school! We have another busy term lined up filled with lots of exciting events.
Our main focus for this term is puberty. Well done to everyone for returning your permission slips. We will cover a range of interesting topics in class and we have 3 sessions with Bernie in the Life Ed caravan.
Our school Athletics Sports are in Week 4 on Wed. 16 Nov.
Alt Ed is in Week 7. Listen out for meetings coming up next week and please return any permission slips etc as soon as possible. This will be a fantastic week and a great way to celebrate an awesome year! I can't wait.
Your jobs for this week are:
1. Reading every night for 15/20mins.
2. STAR Reading. You have all taken home your test from Term 1. Please go through this with a parent. Many of you made simple errors as a result of not reading the instructions carefully. Remember to read on and check your answer makes sense. We will do the test on Thursday or Friday. It will follow the same format. Please return your booklets on Thursday.
3. Ads. Collect 5 different ads that contain great emotive language from the newspaper or magazines. Have them ready to share on Friday.
