A country with a few problems the chance is that the president is good.
What I think would make a good president would be loyal and fair he or she should be a good listener qualities as well good leader ship skills. Presidents should keep their own promises and they should walk the talk.
What they’re supposed to do best is solving conflicts between different beliefs and ideas. They should be good planners and they should understand people’s rights they shouldn’t judge people with what they have . They should provide them with all help needed to survive.
They shouldn’t cheat, and misuse the trust bestowed on him.
The qualities that I expect to find in a good leader as a president are loyalty and fairness

To be a president, it means you have a huge responsibility on your shoulders. If you are not up to it, then you are in the wrong spot.
I think a president should be respectful, honest, trustworthy, and definitely organized.
The president should permit his people to have full freedom of expression. If people do not vote for him he should not imprison them or even kill them. The president should be fair and treat everybody equally. He should be very kind and in his spare time he should go out and mix with the citizens in order to understand their problems better. He should work hard in order to make his country a better place. If a president has all of these qualities then I think he is a the perfect leader for my country and everyone else’s country.

Have you seen what happened in Egypt and Tunisia? Well, a president should be there to help his people not the other way around. A president needs to be understanding, and certainly tolerant. When there is an argument the president must see all sides of argument, he should be democratic. A president should provide opportunities as well as chances to work and survive in a decent manner.
A president should not steal money from his citizens, he should not lie, and abuse the confidence of his people and his electors. He should not preach for war, but for peace, and peace should be his main goal. He should not spend the money of the country for his own pleasure or needs. He also should encourage scientific researches because it helps us find cures for many illnesses…
He should stay modest with everyone, and stay close to his people all the time. He must schedule visits to hospitals and the poor neighborhoods. A president is and has to be a role model to his people, but last but not least don’t forget what the president John F. Kennedy said: “don’t ask what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country”

Presidents are there to help and serve the people. It’s not the other way around.
The most important qualities a president should have are kindness, respect honesty. A president should not imprison or kill his people if they want to speak their mind. He should let them speak their mind. A president should offer services to his people and give them jobs that will let them feed their families. He should not be selfish because that means he doesn’t care about his people. The president should help poor people from starving to death or dying from thirst so he needs to provide opportunities and proper houses. Supplies for them to live. A president shouldn’t steal people’s money because that can cause a strike. He should not let poachers kill rare animals and endangered ones too. He should protect his wild life and most of all he should protect the environment by telling people to recycle. If a president does not have these qualities he should not be president.

Some of the characteristic qualities I think a president should have are being generous and fair. A president should be as generous as possible to his people. He should make sure public schools, hospitals, or any other public place get their rightful share of money. How can hospitals give sick citizens medication or children be educated if the schools don’t have equipment? A president should be fair to all of the citizens, not concerning religion, race, wealth, skin color, or anything else. A president should treat everyone equally, and make sure everyone has the same rights.
A good president should be devoted to his work and innovative in his thinking. He should be devoted to his job because his job is being the leader of the country. If he isn’t devoted, wars would be going on all the time, the country would become poor, and everything would be chaotic. If the president is devoted to his work, the country would be at peace with its borders. He would find ways to make the country richer, and everything else would be in order. A positive thinking president should have innovative thinking for his country. For example, if I was the Lebanese president, my goal would be to repair old buildings that ruin views, and clean graffiti of off walls. Another good idea would be to make Lebanon a greener country by growing grass and trees in as many places as possible. A president should also have innovative thinking about his country being at peace with its borders.
A president should also let his citizens have freedom of speech, or even thinking what they want to think. He should accept and listen to their opinions. If he is to have disputes with anyone, he should try to make everyone pleased with the solution. If a president listens to other people’s opinions he can make the country, community, or anything else under his control better. Another thing that goes with freedom of speech is the acceptance of criticism. He should not jail whoever criticizes him. He should listen to what is displeasing them and consider changing it, making everyone happy.
One of the most important characteristic traits a president should have are respect and honesty. He should be honest and fulfill his promises to his country. For example, not this year or the year before, I have noticed that some student council representatives would make promises so unreasonable that they cannot be fulfilled. A president should not make unreasonable promises, and again I turn to student council for an example of a promise which is: “I promise to make recess longer.” A president should be respectful to his people so that they will respect him, and not regret voting for him. And last, a president should always feel with his people.

Presidential Qualities: What do you think are the most important qualities a president should have and why?
I think a president's most important qualities are: honesty, courage, hard working, fair, and believes in true justice because he works for the whole country and everyone in it. Most successful presidents tend to be hard working. Great presidents tend to be open-minded and have high abilities to tolerate stress. They have leadership, sympathy, compassion, communicating and informing decisive and stands for what they believe in because it is wrong to bring somebody that doesn’t have those qualities because he is responsible for everyone in the nation.

I couldn’t believe what happened in Egypt and Tunisia. There were demonstrations everywhere and I was shocked. Their president was forced to leave, even after being a president for a long time. I think a president should be kind and caring as well as trustworthy in order to be trusted by his citizens. A president should be loyal and fair and he must help the poor by building hospitals and schools so children can learn. He must give his citizens the right to criticize and express themselves freely. The president should take care of the environment. A president should not be spoiled. He should be a friendly man. He must put up signs that say “No for Pollution!”

Presidents come in different colors and flavors. We have to be very careful when voting for presidents.
One of the most important presidential qualities is being a good and strong leader. He should be honest, smart, resourceful, good listener, and of course he shouldn’t be lazy at all but confident and active. Most importantly he should love his country and sacrifice his life for it. He should also be very giving but never at all selfish.
This is what I look forward to in a president and if he has those qualities. I think the majority will vote for him as their leader.
Dictatorship is what leads to a bad country, stealing money from poor people while they should be providing them with money, food, good schools and hospitals. Bribing people to vote for him is the worst of all because people will pay for it late. Citizens are responsible about choosing the right person for the right place. People should have the right to express themselves freely with their opinions. Expression is very important. People should not be threatened at all.
Freedom should always be a citizen’s right. No one has the right to confiscate it.

PRESIDENTIAL QUALITIES
Being a president is one of the most challenging job ever. If I were to vote for someone to be the president a most important qualities would be that he should let the people in the country be free. He should provide good schools and hospitals to the people. The president should help build strong communities and he should not steal and he must be honest. He should give money to help the underprivileged and keep the country in good shape but be kind to the people. He also has to be very intelligent and a good thinker. He should not be selfish and should always think about how to first help his people in his country without hurting people in other countries. If you have all these qualities then you are qualified to be in this position.

Presidential Qualities
Do you know what qualities a good president has to a quire?
A president needs to be kind and respectful to the people in his country and help under privileged by giving them money, build decent houses or and hospitals. And the people should be free to speak up their minds. A president should create jobs for the homeless people. The president should respect the environment, example: By providing help to clean the streets and ban cutting down trees because the trees give us oxygen. But, unfortunately the problem is most of the presidents are so selfish, and greedy. They only care about themselves and their richness.
In Egypt president (Hosni Mubarak) was so selfish so all of the Egyptian’s went on open ended demonstrations and eventually they succeeded. They got inspired by the Tunisians when they went on open ended demonstrations and the president ran away, and went to Saudi Arabia. Now they are selecting a new president so he could be better to the people around him.
I think any leader or president should believe in democracy and should make sure that he’s there to serve his people not to imprison and torture them.

Do you think that a fifth grader doesn't know how a president should be, and how he should treat his society? Well if you did then you are wrong! Do you want to know why? Because I am a fifth grader and I know how a president should be.
A president should not be a dictator by stealing money from his country and keeping it for him and his family, or else there will be demonstrations like the ones in Egypt.
He should donate things to unprivileged people like money to public schools, public hospitals, well all public places.
He should build things, places, buildings etc. when they are in need in a country.
He should be nice and caring to his citizens and shouldn’t see them by what they have he should see them by who they are, in fact if the citizen doesn’t have what he should the president or at least the government should make something about it.
A president should always be aware of what's happening around the world because if there are any problems in any other country and the president helps them, obviously the other country will reply, giving the presidents country something or re giving the favor by also helping the presidents country.
A president should always be in favor of peace and not have war with other countries! He should respect all other societies and respect their culture and religion(s).

In this planet there are some good presidents and some bad presidents or shall we say DICTATORS. In my opinion a good president has the qualities to be “Honest” like for example does not lie if he did a mistake by mistake. He should even be trustworthy for example not changes the ballets in order to win the elections and renew his presidency. He should even be smart for example we cannot have and airhead being a president he will not have any qualities. He should even be experienced. Those are some qualities that presidents should have. The way to know if a president is a good one is if the people are rich and the president is rich or if the people are poor and the president is rich this means he would be a dictator if he is wealthy and the people of his country are poor! The president should even care about his country by fixing the roads, having highly educated people as cops and he should NEVER blackmail the crowd. He should even keep his country’s money balanced. He should put a very educated government and smart. And hire good cops to work that will not be with the criminal if he gives them money! A President should care about his country even if he knows he will not be president one day. It’s the thought that counts and he will make a history if he is very good. Look what is happening in Egypt they were dying to have a good president and they striked and they kicked Mr. Hosni Mubarak Out!!!! That’s what I call a good country! They fought for their rights. These are the virtues I think a president should have!

Presidential Qualities?
A president should be kind, honest, and most of all respectful to all people. A president should always make the country look neater and cleaner. A president should also invite presidents from other countries to visit, show the country, and have meetings. A president should have faith in his country and army to keep it safe, and definitely not to be a dictator. Like in Tunisia there was a president that was the president of Tunisia for 30 years and he was a dictator. In the early morning a teenage kid in Tunisia who graduated and needed money so he was selling vegetable to earn money but the president told the police to throw all the vegetable on the floor, so the kid got mad and throw gas on himself and his body was burnt into ashes, from that kid every person went on a strike, the president left to France they didn’t except him but when he went to Saudi Arabia they let him pass but his wife but here family members in high gobs so the people on the strike are going to kill the president wife’s family members because they didn’t escape from Tunisia.

I think to be a good president you have to have these rules.
A good president should always respect others, be tolerant to everyone and also respect others opinions.
He should care about poor people in his country.
A president should help keep his country extremely clean and help the poor kids enter schools for free.
He should care for his country or he won’t be a president for too long .Presidents shouldn’t be selfish and stay for many years or even replace his children .Why won’t he let other people have a chance to be a president.
The most important thing a president should be is honest, Respectful and not bossy.
He has to treat people the way he wants to be treated. I think that’s how you will be a good president.

If I were a president I should be able to be a leader. I should be honest, humble and fair.I should have strong leadership, capacities, long vision and wisdom .in addition I should have courage, responsibility, humanity and diplomacy. But most of all I should be intelligent with a strong character, long experiment, calm and understanding.

In my opinion I expect a President to be very honest so next time he may have a chance of being elected a second time. He should also not steal the money and keep it for himself. A president should respect his citizens and he should treat them with respect. Presidents should permit the citizens to show freedom of expression and allow the country to have peaceful and only peaceful demonstrations. A president should never become a dictator he should have a democratic country like Lebanon and America where we vote for president unlike other countries such as Egypt and Tunisia and Venezuela. Presidents must tolerate other people opinions and must appreciate his countries hard efforts. Not only should he take money but he also needs to give money to the poor so we don’t have to see such unpleasant sights of people begging on the streets in countries like ours. Presidents must take care of their countries environment and should have a peaceful country with no war or any fights on the streets. He should try and stop pollution like throwing litter on the floor and should have a recycling factory so we don’t keep on having to cut trees and waste oxygen. Citizens must also respect their country and president by not violating the law or somehow harming the environment. I hope in the future that all presidents will do what I have mentioned in this piece of writing that I have written. I also hope that there will be excellent presidents in the future.
