This is how I think laws were made. A person comes up with an idea. Well any kind of ideas, then they tell the governor of their city. Then they tell the president. Then the president takes a look at the bill and then he decides if it becomes a law. And if it doesn’t, the process starts all over with the same idea or a different idea. If the president accepts it, he will sign the bill and now it an official law.
