Point of View

The point of view of the book Counting On Grace by Elizabeth Winthrop is first person. I know this because of the way the book is worded. In the book it says things such as, I, me, myself, he said to me, and many others. This shows that Grace, the main character, is telling the story, not the narrator. Another way I know this is because it doesn't say things like, then Grace said, or they all spoke to Grace at once. If it did say those things it would mean that the narrator would be telling the story and the point of view would no longer be in first person. That is how the point of view of the book Counting On Grace by Elizabeth Winthrop is first person.
