In the book Things hoped for by Andrew Clements my advice for the main character Gwen would be as soon as her grandfather went missing she should have been looking for him. Later on in the story she found out what happend to him the hard way. Dead in a cooler.

In the book Things Not Seen by Andrew Clements the conflict is Character vs Nature. The Conflict is leading the character Bobby to change because one night Bobby went to sleep when you can see him. Then the next morning Bobby woke up not being able to see himself in the mirror. This is the conflict because Bobby couldn't have just been invisable by magic. There would have had to be something to make him become invisable. Bobby's father is like this scientist and hes trying to figure what happend to Bobby to make him come invisable. This changed Bobby's life because you can't see him. He can't go to school and he cant do these things that he's been doing.

The point of view for the book Counting On Grace by Elizabeth Winthrop is 1st person narrator. I know this because the author uses words like I, me, she, he words like those. Another way that I know the point of view is 1st person because after Grace said a sentence in the book it would say “I said.” If it weren’t 1st person it would say “Grace said.” Those are the reasons how I knew the point of view was 1st person.

Prediction for Counting On Grace by Elizabeth Winthrop

The book I am reading right now is called Counting on Grace by Elizabeth Winthrop. My prediction is this 12 year old girl named Grace who currently went to school and was a good reader but, later on dropped out. She has two other siblings in her family Henry, her little brother and Daila her older sister. Since she saw Arthur get pulled from her class she wanted to go work at the mills like her older sister does. I predict that Grace will realize that working at the mills wasn't how she expected it to be because she was exited to go get trained to work at the mills. Most kids her age don't like doing that work because its to dangerous because if you get your clothing caught in the machines you can get your clothing taken off and maybe some parts of your skin. Another reason why I predict this because some kids like Grace are too small to work at the mill. If you can’t reach the machines you can't work it. Like Grace she's 2 years younger than the real age. Your suppost to come and work at the mills but, her mother took Clare's birth certificate and used it as Grace's. Clare was Grace's sister who had died many years ago when she was just a baby.

The book Counting On Grace by Elizabeth Winthrop so far is about a 12 year old girl named Grace. Her and her brother, Henry are both in the same class in school. They were about to learn the "ch" noises until a guy named French Johnny came into the class room. He was going to take Arthur away to work at the mills but, Miss. Lesley doesn't want one of her good reader's to leave. Finally French Johnny got Arthur to go with him to work at the mills. Grace was talking to Miss. Lesley while all of this was going on. So Miss. Lesley just told her to leave the class room Grace did what she was told. Grace found Arthur and they were talking for a while until French Johnny found Grace and Johnny and took Arthur away. When French Johnny was taking Arthur away he thought Grace tattled on him so Arthur told Grace that he hated her.

In the book Hot Hand by Mike Lupica the point of view is 3rd person. I know that the point of view is 3rd person because in the book Hot Hand the main character Billy isn’t telling the story in his perspective. Somebody else is which would make the point of view 3rd person. When I knew that the point of view is 3rd person when the narrator used words like he, she they, their. Another way that I knew the point of view is 3rd person because for example if the point of view was 1st person, after Billy got done saying a sentence it would say “I said” but in this case after Billy got done saying a sentence it said “Billy said.”

After finishing the book The Vietnam Way by Ian Westwell, I think that the author’s intended purpose of the book is to inform the reader of the informational facts in the book. The reason why I think that the author’s intended purpose is to inform readers because in all non-fiction books author’s always gives you facts in the book. Another reason why I know the author’s intended purpose is to give the reader informational facts. In the book the author’s gives you, information about the war, the dates of when specific things had happened, and gives you more info about the book. Those are some examples of what I think the author’s intended purpose of the book is.

The Theme of Hot Hand by Mike Lupica

In the book Hot Hand by Mike Lupica the theme is treat others the way you want to be treated. Billy's dad puts Billy on the bench just because he didn't pass the ball, or he shot and scored, or if he made a mistake. Probably most players on the team do that but Billy's dad only does that to Billy. I also know that the theme is treat others the way you want to be treated because Billy's dad doesn't pay any attention to Billy's little brother Ben. When Ben had a piano recital Billy's dad said that he couldn't go to Ben's recital because "the basketball game is my duty." I don't think that it is fair because Billy's dad pays more attention to Billy then Ben. I think that Ben's the son that needs more attention than Billy. That has to with treat others the way you want to be treated because Ben isn't being treated like treat others the way you want to be treated. That is what the theme is: treat others the way you want to be treated. In the book Hot Hand by Mike Lipica.

In the book Hot Hand by Mike Lupica the point of view is 3rd person narrator. How I know this is because in the book Billy doesn’t use words like I, use, we, he, she. Usually after a sentence Billy has said, he would say “ I said” but, instead it said “Billy said.” Another reason how I know that the point of view is 3rd person because if the story was 1st person Billy would be telling the story in his point of view but instead Billy isn’t so you have to assume that the story is 3rd person. A narrator is telling the story.

In the book Cut by Patricia McCormick I think that he theme is “there are different ways to solve your problems then to do hazardous things to your body.” The reason why I think that is the theme because in the book Cut the main character Callie has a bunch of problems at home. So one day after school nobody was home because Callie’s brother was in the hospital and her mom was staying there with him and Callie's dad was at work and she found a sharp knife so Callie took the knife and she cut herself. Then after that she kept doing that for a while until she need to go to Sick Minds to be treated. That is why I think that the theme of the book Cut should be “there are different ways to solve your problems then to do hazardous things to your body.”

In the book Cut by Patricia McCormick I predict that Callies’s one friend at Sick Minds Sydney will go home because she is all better. The reason why I predict that Sydney will go home is because Sydney is on a higher level that Callie is at Sick Minds. At Sick Minds when you get to a certain level or the highest level you get to go home. The reason why I think that Sydney will go home and Callie will stay at Sick Minds is because Sydney had been at Sick Minds at lot longer than Callie has been. I also think that Sydney will go before Callie but, then I also think that if Sydney is went home before Callie I think after school Sydney will come back after school to join Claire’s group to talk about their problems that they have. That is my predict for the book Cut by Patricia McCormick.

Point of View for the book Cut Part I by Patricia McCormick

In the book Cut by Patricia McCormick the point of view is 1st person narrator. I know that it is 1st person narrator because in the first part of the book Callie, is the main character. Callie is talking about how she cuts herself. An example from the book is “A tingle arced across my scalp. The floor tipped up at me and my body spiraled away.” There are two examples of 1st person narrator in those two sentences from the book and they are “my” and “me.” Another reason why I know the book is 1st person narrator is because through out the Part l I in the book they use, he, she, I, me, my, ext. Those are some of the hints they give you for when the point of view is 1st person narrator. That is the point of view for the book Cut by Patricia McCormick.

In the book Pinballls by Betsy Byars Harvey, Carlie, and Thomas J live with Mr. and Mrs. Mason their foster home parents. At first Carlie didn’t like Harvey because she had to wait on him because he broke both of his legs. Carlie didn’t like that because she was jealous. Nobody had ever waited on Carlie and she wanted someone to wait on her. After a few days living with the Mason’s, Thomas J went to the hospital to see the Benson’s twins. A few weeks later one of the Benson twin died. So the other one wants to die because the one Benson’s twin the didn’t die yet she said “we do everything together.” Later on in the book Harvey’s dad came and visited him because that coming Friday is Harvey’s birthday. So Harvey’s dad took him out for dinner. Harvey kept asking his dad why he ripped up his letters from his mother. Harvey’s mother never wrote to him. So when Harvey got home Carlie noticed that Harvey’s toes where a different color. Carlie got Mrs. Mason and took him to the hospital. Harvey had to spend a couple nights in the hospital. When it turned Friday, Harvey’s birthday Carlie and Thomas J went and got a puppy for Harvey. When they gave it to Harvey he loved it. Then a couple days later Harvey came home from the hospital. That is the summary of the book I read called Pinballs by Betsy Byars.

In the book Agnes Parker...Keeping Cool in Middle the point of view is 3rd person. The reason why I think that it is 3rd person because when there is no dialog the narrator is talking about there perspective in the book. The book would have been different if it was 1st person narrator because Agnes would be talking about how her art project is going and if she really likes Aram or if she is hiding her true feelings from him. It would have been different if PreJean told the story because she would talk about her experience with running for president and how badly her stomach hurts. That is the point of view for the book Agnes Parker... Keeping Cool in Middle School. That is what the book would be like if Agnes or PreJean told the story and if the story would have been 1st person.

In the book Agnes Parker... Keeping Cool in Middle School by Kathleen O’Dell my prediction is that Pre Jean and Agnes will befriend Valerie and Derry because they both said that they will vote for Pre Jean for president. The reason why I think they will befriend her because there being nice to her and they usually are stuck up and mean to Agnes and Pre Jean. Another prediction I have is that Pre Jean will win President that is because if Valerie and Derry are friends with Agnes and Pre Jean they would want to help a friend how and help Pre Jean become president. That is what I predict in the book Agnes Parker… Keeping Cool in Middle School bye Kathleen O’Dell.

All the chapters in the book Bounce by Natasha Friend. In the book Bounce the point of view is first person narrator. I know this person the main character in the book Bounce is Evyn Linney. The point of view is first person narrator because while I was reading the book and when there wasn’t any dialog or no one was talking the main character Evyn was like talking to herself she was saying stuff like Birdie never asked me and Mackey what we thought of Eleni and her 6 kids. That is one of the reasons how I knew the point of view was first person narrator. In the story the author uses words like I, me, he, she words like that to give the reader a clue of what the point of view is. That is why I think the point of view is first person narrator

In the book Bounce by Natasha Fiend I can predict that since Evyn said to the sweater twins "yeah last night I got totally wasted and I kissed like everybody on the boys soccer team." I think that the sweater twins will go blab their mouths off to Birdie and tell Evyn's dad and she will get in trouble. Even though that never happened to Evyn, I think Andrea will spread nasty rumors about Evyn to the school because Evyn told Andrea that Cleanser Boy likes Andrea but Andrea saw Cleanser Boy and Maya Glassman dancing together. At the school social. That is my prediction for the book Bounce by Natasha Friend.

Perfect by Natasha Friend Chapters 6- the end of the book

In the book Perfect by Natasha Friend the point of view is 1st person narrative. The reason how I know the the point of view is 1st person narrative is because the girl in the story her name is Isabelle and she is the person that is telling her side of the story. What I mean is that Isabella is telling the readers in the book why she is making her self puke, talking about how her dad died and how it has effect her mom, herself, and her sisters life, she is talking about how her group is going and that she has a new friend who is the most popular girl in the school. She gets to go to her house and Isabelle gets to sit by her at lunch. That is who I think is telling the story.
The story would be different if someone like Isabelle's mom told the story she would be telling the story of how she crys herself to sleep every night and how she was depressed when her husband died. Also what she thinks of her daughter making herself puke. That is how the book Perfect by Natasha Friend would be different if Isabelle's mom told the story not Isbelle.

In the book Perfect by Natasha Friend I can predict that Isabella is still going to make herself puke. The reason why I think she's still going to do that is because she started to do it when father died. She's doing that because doing that is taking the pain of losing her dad away. I think she's still going to do it is because when she goes to group I don't think that it is working for her because when she comes home that same night she just eats and eats and it hurts her but, she just makes herself do what she's doing. In the middle of the night she goes to the bathroom and sticks her fingers in her mouth and she pukes.

The book Bud, Not Buddy is written by Christopher Paul Curtis the genre is fiction.
The book was about a boy names Bud who lives in a home.He lives there because he has no family members to take care of him. Then the Amos's come and take care of him. Bud was happy. Their son Todd was not nice. He beat Bud up so they blamed Bud for it and they desided to put Bud in a shed to sleep. So Bud got sick of it and he desided to leave so he did he wanted to find his real dad. (His mom died 4 years ago.) He thought he knew who it was so you have to read the book to find out who his father is and how Bud got there and the crazy stuff Bud got into and did.
I would recommend this book to people who like to get sucked into books because after you have read the first few chapters you get sucked into it. When I read the book after I got the first few chapters read it was hard for me to put the book down.

If I was a color I would be a Neon Yellow color. I picked that color because that color stands out the most in all of the colors. I would also be that color because there's a saying "You're not the brightest crayon in the crayon box." If I was that color I would be the brightset crayon. Unless someone had a brighter color. Another reason why I would be that color because because that color is unqiue. What I mean by saying that color when people think of a color thay think of blue, pink, purple, green, black, brown, orange. They don't think of the colors that are really bright. That's why I would be a Neon Yellow color.
