point of view for the book Lush
This is how the book Lush by Natasha Friend would be different if Luke told the story. In the beginning Luke doesn’t wake up when his dad comes home drunk. He doesn’t know that Sam gets up and watches her dad yell at her mom. Luke doesn’t know that Sam is passing notes to A.J.K. at the library. Luke wouldn’t know that Sam went to a party and got drunk. Luke doesn’t understand that his dad is at a place to help him stop drinking. Luke asked Sam when His dad was coming home because he didn’t know. Luke had an alcohol bottle smashed over his face. He could have described how it felt in the car and the hospital. That’s how the book Lush would be different if Luke told the story.
