Conditions of Use
Omelette with spinach, pine nuts and raisins.
1 kg of spinach
1 clove of garlic
50 g currants
50 g pine nuts
Cut the Spinach leaves. Wash them and put them to boil with a pinch of salt about 3 minutes. Once cooked, drain them! Peel the garlic, chop it into small pieces and Add it in the pan. When it starts to golden brown, add the spinachs, pine nuts and raisins and sauté it a few minutes. Low the fire. Remove the excess of oil.
Beat the eggs and salt and pour them in the pan and add salt if necessary. Cook the omelette both sides, turning it over untill it solidifies.
