Ricepe
Omelette with spinach, pine nuts and raisins.
Ingredients:
8 eggs
1 kg of spinach
1 clove of garlic
50 g currants
50 g pine nuts
olive oil
salt.
Preparation:
Cut the Spinach leaves. Wash them and put them to boil with a pinch of salt about 3 minutes. Once cooked, drain them! Peel the garlic, chop it into small pieces and Add it in the pan. When it starts to golden brown, add the spinachs, pine nuts and raisins and sauté it a few minutes. Low the fire. Remove the excess of oil.
Beat the eggs and salt and pour them in the pan and add salt if necessary. Cook the omelette both sides, turning it over untill it solidifies.

My high school

I go to high school at eight o ´clock but on Tuesday I go to high school at nine o´clock . At eleven o´clock I go to the playground and I go to class at half past eleven .I study eleven subjects , they are Math, Spanish, Catalan, PE, Sience, History,Music, Technology. My favourite teacher is Margalida. I like high school, because It is beautiful.I like to speak with my friends.

I always eat a cereal with milk.Later at eleven o´clock I eat some fruit. Once a week. I eat a banana,a pear an apple. But when I am at home, at the weekend I prefer ``ensaimada´´(a typical pasty) and peach juice.

Halloween and la Castanyada

La castanyada” is celebrate on 31st of October just as Halloween.
On castanyada the family meet in order to eat sweet potatoes, chestnuts, panellist and muscatel. But on Halloween meet apple pie.
We dress up on Halloween but we don’t dress up on “La Castanyada”
