Listen to your Body
I had always thought that "Week-ends", "Vacations", and "Holidays" are words to describe a full well-set schedule made to fill and exhaust these workless days.
Well, it seems that this is now a postdated definition and an obsolete concept that I no longer adopt. As I discovered that these days off were designed to get us disconnected from our crazy routine network and get our discs (brain and heart) cleaned up and defragmentated...that is to sit with ourselves and try to listen to what our body needs.
Before, I used to easily get irritated from sitting at home (for once maybe) and not doing anything. Nowadays, I feel happier relaxing and catching up with my readings, painting and personal life.
If you don't believe me, set a date with yourself and spend it the way you wish and not how you're supposed to.
Summer is only here for few months; don't waste it thinking how you're going to control the universe, just enjoy it to the max.
