Yea! I love December because we have Christmas and two weeks off from school. I like to sleep late, eat a lot, watch movies, read books, and just be lazy during the holiday break. Oh, did I mention I like to share Christmas with my family!
I would like for you to blog about your favorite family tradition. My favorite family tradition is opening presents on Christmas morning and taking lots of pictures. This isn't really my favorite tradition, but it is one of the fun things we do. My favorite family tradition is going to the movies on Christmas afternoon or evening. We go as a family and often friends will join us.

Hello 4th graders.
Please remember to use a dictionary when you are blogging. You can write down your response on a piece of paper, edit your work, and then post.
The new picture is posted on the board. Look at it carefully. I know my husband would approve of this pet!! Your task is to write a paragraph about what you think this pet is thinking or wanting. Be sure to describe the pet to your reader.

I will say this again-edit your work! You are suppose to write in complete sentences and use proper punctuation. Pay attention to what you are reading, how authors write in complete sentences, and how they use punctuation.

I would like for each of you to write a funny paragraph using between 5 and 10 of any of the spelling words you have learned this year. You may use your Spelling books to help you along. Pay close attention to punctuation.
