Hah...It used to be fun... now it wasn't... We played against the same teams all over again... It was the most Boring Field Day Ever! Some parts were fun... Like the Water Game... But, some people were very competitive, some didn't even participate! When we were playing the sponge throwing game, the two team leaders were just waiting for the game to end all the way out of the court. They were trying to get away from the water. One of the leaders even said "I Hate You" when I threw a sponge at her. She was chasing me until I got back into the court, then she went back. I didn't like it at all this year.

I feel excited Jitters. Last night I could barely sleep because I wondered what I would wear, how I would look because I did not just want to wear a T-Shirt and Baggy Jeans. So this morning I got nervous Jitters. I was in a hurry, I ate half of my breakfast and I came 1 minute after 7:30. I normally don’t come at this time. Now I’m relaxed and ready to sing in front of many people. In less than an hour we will have to sing at the top of our lungs. I feel butterflies in my stomach. I feel confident. I feel good.

5D and 5B went to Shouf on Thursday. It was LOADS of fun. Near our Lodge we stopped in a place were there were Cedars and lots of snow. We drank Hot Chocolate and ate a Chocolate Bar. Moments after enjoying our snack, we walked/ran up to a place were we did a Quiz of the things they told us to see if we paid any attention plus we did a Mini Scavenger Hunt in search of Field Rat holes, Cedar Seeds and the Cedar Pollination Thing. We played a bit with the snow, Sliding down hills and SP found a huge piece of snow that looked like a flat surface. We went back to the busses and it took 1hr. to get to the lodge. Did I mention we sang the whole trip from Beirut to Shouf? I was so much fun. When we got there I don't remember but I think we ate and then did some other activities. No,no when we got there we got our rooms, I shared a room with NH. Then we unpacked and settled in. I went to JA room and talked a bit. After that we ate Lunch and we stayed in our rooms but NH, Me and a few other girls visited LT,LK and AD's room. We played Monopoly express and talked a bit and when it was time to do something else we rushed to our rooms and put our shoes on. We went downstairs to a room were they showed a Bird slideshow, we saw 2 Quails and one pooed on Coach Wissam's Hand. We spent lots of time in that room, we did Minefield, A game were one person tells a story with #'s in it so we had to group up in that # that the person said. Plus we did some relaxation. When it was dark, we looked at Orion's Belt and the Moon up close. I went on a night Hike with some other people while the rest stayed and watched Avatar. The Hike was amazing! We lay on the ground and looked at the moon. We noticed that one of the group of street lights looked like a Parrot. We came back early so we could watch part of Avatar. I left the room and to my astonishment more than half of the people were either playing cards or observing the cards game. So I sat down and watched. We went to bed at 11:00 P.M In the morning we changed and went to eat Breakfast. Later, we did Archery, something with a spider web (not a real one, but like one.) Plus something related to Rock Climbing but backwards. About an Hour later we headed back to Beirut. We sang a bit. LT did CRAZY stuff with suncream, she put it on the window (by accident) she put it on her face and by accident ate it! That will be an unforgetable experiance.

Some of my Winter Break was Horrible. The Rest of it was great. First of all my cousin made me have a real hard time because she teased me and made fun of me and got mad at me just for nothing. But, The Parts I enjoyed were in the Hotel and Christmas and New Year; I also enjoyed some parts of my trip to Jordan. I went to the Dead Sea at the Mövenpick Resort and Spa. I also went to Petra. I saw all the Ruins. I got some Dead Sea water, too. On Christmas Eve at 1:30 A.M my cousin was bugging me to go to sleep because she was tired so I told her to go to sleep but she said she knew I was tired but I wasn’t. On New Year’s Eve, I went to my best friends dads Hotel with my best friend and our parents. I could not believe how much fun I had on New Year’s.

I am Thankful for Having Books to read because without Books there’s no Imagination and no Imagination Leads to no creativity and the World will be Dull.

The Diet of the Margay is small mammals, birds and eggs.

The Margay can eat its whole prey on a tree.

The Margay is an Endangered Species, found only in Central America (Mexico) and some parts of South America.

I'm nervous & exsited for camping! I Bet that we will have SO much FUN camping! Besides, we will learn and discover new things.

I hope that all 5th grade (including me) will have LOADS of FUN!!

Boy: No, let it starve to death!

Girl: Can you eat spiders?

Boy: Why?

Girl: One's just crawled into your sandwich.

Boy: Dad, Dad, there's a spider in the bath!

Dad: What's wrong with that? Have you ever seen spiders before?

Boy: Yes, but this one is three feet wide and using all the hot water!

My First Week was awesome... Math was really fun. We did really fun greetings in MM (Morning Meeting) P.E. Was Great!! Every thing was SO much fun!! Ms. Branch ROCKS!
