Dear friends,
Phoenicians traded a lot of things. One of them was ivory. Ivory was used in tombs and palaces. Many ivories were found in Egypt, Assyria,Cyrus, Carthage,Malta,and Sardina. Ivory is from elephant tusks; so they must have traded something to get it. The Phoenician women used it for the duck box. The duck box is a box where they put there accessories. The box (duck) has the neck backwards and you open it from the top.
The Phoenicians also traded their food, crops, fish and meat. They drank wine. They had grape vines,but they didn’t drink a lot of it. They have a pot that they could move around fortrading. Phonicians traded a lot of things.
Please, please come back to our original life.

Dear Friends,
Serious work is very serious.
On Jan.27, 2008 evening coming from my church, my mom begged if she could go shopping by a shop near by. We promised we will pick her up after an hour. We arrived from the the road to our home safely. My dad and I took the heavy ones and my brother took the light grocery bags and up we went. My dad had to go down to our car and get another bag. When he opened the door he said "TURN ON THE NEWS L.B.C."as he said that, he turned on the laptop and he went to the site . That was when we were watching the Disney channel. We were, of course, SAD.
That is when he took his phone and started calling, (I don't know who?). My mom came back from the shop and asked "DID YOU HEAR THE GUNS SHOOTING?""No", but he said to turn on the L.B.C.channel", I said.
My dad went to the airport because there was a delegation from Korea. We saw the BLACK smoke in front of my house (it was in Dayeh and we live a little close to it). My dad told me that there was a fight between a Lebanese man and a soldier. They were shooting guns. The man died, but the soldier got hurt. My dad arrived from the airport to our home safely...
THANK GOD WE ARE SAFE AT OUR COZY HOME...

Dear friends,
Christmas is coming up, and it is my favorite time of the year. So, what are you looking forward to in your Christmas vacation? Yeah, you get to ski and some people are traveling, how lucky.
I don't know why, but every year people put up a lot, and I mean a lot, of Christmas decorations. Did you know that there is going to be a lot of fun in the winter season? Just show me a Christmas mood smile...
