Decimals
Decimals are very important when it comes to math. The decimal point divides a whole number, and gives you an exact number including a remainder.
A decimal can be added, subtracted, multiplied, and divided. It can also change to a fraction or percent (and vice versa). When dividing decimals, I learned that I should replace the "R" (Remainder) with a decimal point, and when I am multiplying decimals, they don't have to be aligned (Unlike addition and subtraction). Decimals will help me later on in life, in case I'm buying something, and the salesperson gives me the wrong price.
