 Phoenician Survivor I have received your letter and I have been able to see it. You are lucky because I researched your questions and got answers. You are lucky that you are in Phoenicia; because Phoenicians are the people who have discovered the purple dye and they are the best traders and sailors in the world. You asked me if the Phoenicians wore jerseys and soccer clothes; well, they don’t. In fact the men wore single close-fitting tunic, which reached from the waist to a little above the knee, get lucky and you create the jerseys and soccer clothes. On their head they wore different kinds of caps; but not soccer caps. You wanted to know how to buy things but you asked me if they have dollars. It turns out that they only have coins, they are: Arados, Marthos, Sidon, and Tyre; interesting names right? Then you said “did they trade baseball cards, pokemon cards?” Well, they trade lots of things, but I am going to tell you the main ones: minerals, papyrus, rope, wood, cedar oil, livestock, wine, olive oil, grain, salt and salted fish. I hope my information will help you in the Phoenician age, and I hope you come back to the future.
