 Velib to go International The picture I chose is titled “Velib to go International”. I chose it for many reasons. One reason I chose this photo is because it is black and white. Personally, I think that black and white photos are very beautiful and with certain pictures it looks better. This picture tells a lot about France. The fencing is very unique. In the US you don’t usually see fences that are that tall. The building behind the “biker” or “velib-er” is also unique. The building looks very big and the village around it looks very peaceful.
