 Camping My favourite part was when we went on the night hike in the school with our flashlights. I was in Coach Wesam's group and he showed us a bat named Fred! It was just to cool! I learned a bird call from Coach Wesam and Mr. Andre on our nature walk to AUB. Mrs. Fadel showed her kindness to us and took up her time and chose to camp overnight with us, which she didn't have to, but did it for us and it was a real compliment to my class. Mr. AndrĂ© was a really kind man and my class appreciated all the work he did for us. Thanks to Coach Wesam, dinner was delicious and we all loved it. Dessert was especially delicious thanks to Mrs. Jachi for making us chocolate cake so we could enjoy it with our fondue. Most of my class didn't sleep that night and 1 of those students was me. One of the reasons that I didn't sleep was that it was FREEZING at night and even one of my thickest sweaters wouldn't help. But in the end, it turned out to be fine because we went home early at 11:30 instead of 3:20, and I was pretty lucky that happened because I was about to sleep in class! Before we went home, my whole class wrote thank you letters to all the adults that helped us. Then we did some of those daily things like snack and recess and those kinds of things and THEN we went home and slept in a comfy BED.
